This Is Happening Even Now With Believers

Leaning to your own understanding is dangerous.

One day I was walking as a Christian lady, I thought I looked modest. Skirt at modest length and all. Then this stranger (guy) as I passed him, he turn around and said "hey sexy." My mood for the entire evening was troubled. I mean the entire evening. 

That night, I talk to the Lord in my pursuit of learning holiness, He began to reason with me,,,, re-examine how you were dressed why a stranger acknowledged you as sexy. I realized my skirt was too tight. That was it.  Then the Lord began to show me this is happening even now with Believers. 

The Lord Jesus does not want us to lean to our own understanding, for as we grow in grace each day, we must become little children, humbling ourselves that the Heavenly Teacher may teach, teaching us something new as we get closer to Him, may Jesus be glorified in our minds, may our minds be renewed unto His coming in Jesus name. Amen.
